CBCT 3D Scan
Our CBCT (cone beam computed tomography) scan is a special type of x-ray equipment used when regular dental or facial x-rays are not sufficient. Dr. Miller uses this technology to produce three dimensional (3-D) images of your teeth, soft tissues, nerve pathways and bone in a single scan. This type of x-ray allows Dr. Miller to make a better diagnosis on teeth that may have pathology.

Digital X-rays
Digital X-rays have 90% less radiation and no pollutants to dispose of. These x-rays give a better diagnosis and immediate pictures for Dr. Miller to review with patients. Our office uses the newest, most advanced technologies in digital x-rays with our hand-held Nomad and Shick Sensor.

CEREC is a computer that generates crowns, inlays or onlays without messy impressions or temporaries. This computer mills out two different types of restorations from a solid piece of porcelain or composite and is cemented all in one appointment (approx. 1 1/2-2 hour appointment).

Biolase
Waterlase is a laser system that uses energized water to remove decay, shape tissue contours and treat various tissue lesions. In most cases there is no need for shots due to the process of how lasers work.

Implants are a great alternative treatment for replacing missing teeth. I work with several excellent doctors that place the implant and we then complete the restoration procedure in our office.
