Meet The Doctor 

 

Scott L. Miller 

Dr. Miller believes in being thoughtful and respectful to others, as well as giving his best to his practice and being open-minded to continued learning. 

 

Dr. Miller attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco from 1986-1988. He has had a private practice in Las Vegas since August of 1988 to present. Dr. Miller has learned many lessons from both of these settings that have improved his business and clinical skills. 

 

In his over 30 years of practicing general dentistry, he has developed skills in several areas due to mentorship programs at the Scottsdale center and UNLV. As an active member of the ADA and local Society since 1988, Dr. Miller has felt it adequate to elevate his education by participating in many hours of CE courses in all areas, including training and ownership with CEREC, Biolase lasers, and digital x-rays. Dr. Miller works hard in every area to make sure his patients have a healthier, happier smile. 

 

Some of Dr. Miller's achievements include: 

* National Consumer Advisory Board voted one of America's Best Dentists of 2019 

* Completed 150 hour implant course at UNLV dental school 

* Past member of the International Academy of Dental Lasers 

* Advanced courses in use of Biolase lasers 

* Former board member of the NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) 

* Gordon Christensen Mentorship Graduate 

 

Dr. Miller has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1979, save his years of dental school.  Dr. Miller has a special interest in providing for the mentally ill and has a personal goal to improve the lives of people here by finding the means to house and feed them. He is active in his church and scouting activities and served as a missionary for his church in Scotland from 1975-1977. He enjoys cycling, boating, spending time with his family, doing volunteer work, and being outdoors. Dr. Miller loves living in Las Vegas and has a desire to do all he can to make it a great and safe place to live for himself, his family, and the community.
